I'm a sixth-year Ph.D. candidate in Supply Chain, Operations and Technology at Olin Business School, Washington University in St. Louis. I received my B.S. in economics from Peking Univesity in 2015, and M.S. in operations research from UNC at Chapel Hill in 2017.
My research focuses on emerging operations topics in the contexts of supply chains and digital platforms. Specifically, I employ both modeling and empirical tools to (i) (on the firm side) investigate innovation challenges such as FinTech/Blockchain as well as sustainability/social responsibility faced by firms and provide recommendations for businesses; (ii) (on the consumer side) study consumer behavior in the digital economy where consumers are exposed to new concerns such as data privacy issues as well as the Pandemic.
